This machine incorpate PLC. The machine is controlled by 2.3KW servo motor to feeding. The curved frame which controlled by 1.3KW servo motor, and the 1.5KW hydraulic motor controls cutting. The circuit system is PLC controlled and with 7 inch LCD touch operation screen. The welding quick-wear parts are "copper electrodes". This machine can fully automatically works when the machine is energized: feeding, straightening, cutting, bending, bending and welding. The loss of quick-wear parts is very low.
