This is special machine is designed to produce body of 60mm wide binder clip. Inside the unique structure,one oil cylinder of our machine is equivalent to one punch, and 10 actions of some machines are equivalent to the functions of 10 punches. The computer combines command oil cylinders to produce binder clip at high speed and accuracy. Below is configuration info:
1) Oil pressure system: Taiwan Ashun
2) Oil cylinder function as 1 puncher, can save much cost
3) Oil pipe and connector are integrated joint to avoid oil leakage
4) Mould: made of SKD11 special steel
5) Cutter: High speed steel
6) Tungsten steel is embed to end of bending mandrel to ensure druable usage
7) CE certified electrical parts and components
We have made customized flat products with a maximum width of 50MM and a maximum thickness of 4MM. The equipment can complete fully automatic numerical control: feeding - straightening - flattening - cutting - punching -engraving - multi action bending - trimming - finished product. It can bend complex parts that the punch cannot complete, and the bending precision is 0.3MM.
