This Assembly was designed to attach plastic cap to wire, and then form the wire frame of paint roller. It contains capping machine and wire bending machine. 

 

Main parts of capping machine: 2 vibration wheels, PLC , servo motors + pneumatic combination. Automaticcally procedure: material feeding-material loading-clamping -assembly-finish,fully automatic in line.
