This series of machines is developed to process flat metal such as stainless steel,galvanized steel strip/Alumn strip. It can process parts with several cylinders, and each cylinder act as a puncher. Full procedures including feeding-straighten-flat punch-cutting-hole punch-engrave-multi-action bending-edge sharpen-finished product are automatical. This model and process 40mm wide and 1.5mm thick strap. Main configuration is as per below:
1) Oil pressure system: Taiwan Ashun
2) Oil cylinder function as 1 puncher, can save much cost
3) Oil pipe and connector are integrated joint to avoid oil leakage
4) Mould: made of SKD11 special steel
5) Cutter: High speed steel
6) Tungsten steel is embed to end of bending mandrel to ensure druable usage
