This series of machines is developed to process flat metal such as stainless steel,galvanized steel strip/Alumn strip. It can process parts with several cylinders, and each cylinder act as a puncher. Maximum strip width can be 50mm and max. thickness can be 4mm.
Full procedures: feeding-straighten-flat punch-cutting-hole punch-engrave-multi-action bending-edge sharpen-finished product can be automatical. Main configuration info is as per below:

2) Oil cylinder function as 1 puncher, can save much cost
3) Oil pipe and connector are integrated joint to avoid oil leakage
4) Mould: made of SKD11 special steel
