This machine is consist of high quality hydraulic bending system, CNC, and butt welding device. It can make circle rings of round wire or flat wire into various shapes including oval, round, rectangle or square. The precise robot make sure the ring can be welded precisely.
Hydraulic system has below features:
1) Oil pressure system: Taiwan Ashun
2) Oil cylinder function as 1 puncher, can save much cost
3) Oil pipe and connector are integrated joint to avoid oil leakage
4) Mould: made of SKD11 special steel
5) Cutter: High speed steel
6) Tungsten steel is embed to end of bending mandrel to ensure druable usage
7) CE certified electrical parts and components
For other shapes of circle, such as like oval, square or diamonds shape requires welding , 2D bender with welding automatically will be a good option. The equipment integrates butt welding machine. In case of high quality demand and concrete welding point and small welding point, plasma welding should be considered , just a little higher cost.
